As a Strategic Program Director, you will be responsible for leading multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet customer outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to develop estimates, plans, and budgets based on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee the daily management and reporting of projects and programs, ensuring quality standards and client satisfaction.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with multiple clients, providing regular project status reports and addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously enhance and streamline project processes for optimal efficiency, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team by providing insights and reviewing work, while identifying new business opportunities with existing clients.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in managing multiple concurrent projects across different customers.
  • Strong project management skills, including the use of project management software.
  • Ability to work during Australian business hours.
  • Knowledge of digital technologies, tools, and trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
