
Medical Office Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled administrative professional to support our medical team in providing exceptional patient care and service.
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Answering incoming calls, managing patient inquiries, and scheduling appointments;
- Managing general administrative tasks such as faxing, emailing, document management, and data entry;
- Clinic management, including preparation, surgical procedure bookings, checking patients in/out of appointments, obtaining test results, and invoicing payments.

Requirements include:

- Australian residency.
Preferred qualifications include previous experience working within the medical sector, particularly in managing surgeons or specialists.
