Role Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled marketing and communications professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in campaign planning, social media management, content creation, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to support community initiatives and events
  • Manage and maintain social media presence for the team, including creating engaging content and monitoring analytics
  • Create high-quality marketing materials, such as brochures, posters, and email campaigns, that align with the organization's brand and tone
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to support campaign goals and community outcomes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field - or equivalent industry experience
  • Proven experience in a marketing or communications role, ideally with a focus on community engagement
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including paid campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, etc.)
  • Creative eye with practical experience using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Canva, or similar
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills - able to juggle competing priorities with ease
  • Collaborative, proactive, and people-focused mindset
