This role involves leading campaign planning, managing social media content, creating high-quality marketing materials, and partnering with stakeholders to support community initiatives and events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote Council's initiatives and services.
  • Manage and maintain social media platforms to engage with the community and promote Council's work.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement campaigns that drive participation and connection with the community.
  • Produce high-quality marketing materials, including reports, brochures, and digital content.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably with a focus on community engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including paid advertising and social media.
  • Creative eye with experience using Adobe Creative Suite or similar software.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage competing priorities.
