Account Manager Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic-thinking Account Manager to join our team in Sydney. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with innovative international merchants, covering multiple industries and channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration: Work closely with other Account Managers on various accounts.
  • Relationship Management: Focus on commercial growth, customer satisfaction, and reducing churn.
  • Commercial Acumen: Drive commercial discussions for joint accounts, meeting strategic and financial targets.
  • Project Management: Prioritize and manage projects across multiple accounts, leveraging internal support teams where necessary.
  • Technical Acumen: Work with the Technical and Product teams to integrate merchants, identify improvements, and drive innovation.
  • Feedback: Serve as a feedback loop for customers internally.

Requirements:

  • Strategic thinking and project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Passion for working on diverse accounts and learning about the payments industry.
  • Ability to identify commercial opportunities and drive discussions.
  • Strong time management and adaptability.

Additional Information:

  • 2+ years of experience in client-facing roles, such as account management, consulting, or sales.
  • Domestic and international travel required.
