The Role of an Account Manager is pivotal in providing proactive and responsive support to clients and teams. This involves co-developing and executing campaigns to achieve desired results.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain genuine relationships with clients, leading regular updates on all account activities, driving dynamic workflows, and ensuring clear budget management.
  • Content & Influencer Strategy: Ideate, lead, and execute medium-sized content and influencer campaigns, developing key relationships and continually reviewing the influencer landscape for new talent.
  • Strategy Development: Interrogate briefs and lead strategic recommendations for small to medium-sized campaigns, developing strategy frameworks and campaign concepts with senior support.
  • Media Planning & Management: Lead media plans and manage junior team members to support key campaigns, developing and maintaining key relationships with media outlets.
  • Production Support: Coordinate suppliers, locations, and deliverables for content and shoots, curating pre-production decks for client sign-off.
  • Operations & Internal Support: Provide regular support for business success and cultural engagement, delivering team communication across stakeholders and managing finance requirements.
