eCommerce Category Development Manager


About the Role
  • This is a professional opportunity to lead eCommerce category strategies across multiple platforms.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to drive growth, improve conversion rates and enhance overall performance through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Shape and execute eCommerce category strategies across digital platforms.
  2. Optimise product visibility, availability and content quality across online touchpoints.
  3. Leverage analytics tools to identify opportunities, anticipate trends and inform omni-channel recommendations.
  4. Cross-functionally collaborate to align execution, maintain data integrity and share emerging shopper insights with stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For
  • A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Category Management or Channel Management.
  • A strong background in sales or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in digital shelf and retail analytics tools.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and passion for driving growth in online retail.
