Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Lawyer Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing organization, utilizing your skills and expertise to contribute to the success of our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate and commercial law, with a minimum of four years of post-admission experience. You will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our clients, as well as collaborating with our knowledge team to develop and implement precedents and projects plans.

This role offers a unique blend of legal expertise, business acumen, and strategic thinking. As a Senior Lawyer Advisor, you will play a key role in shaping the direction of our team and contributing to our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement precedents and projects plans for our national commercial practice groups
  • Collaborate with our knowledge team to provide expert advice and guidance to our clients
  • Conduct file audits in conjunction with our risk team
  • Prepare and deliver legal educational training
Requirements
  • Minimum of four years of post-admission experience in corporate and commercial law
  • Advanced document drafting and contract review skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize and project manage autonomously
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
