
Chief Quality Improvement Specialist

As a key member of the organization, we are seeking an experienced Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager to drive quality initiatives across the value chain. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to improve quality, managing global quality processes, and leading the deployment of Lean principles and Six Sigma tools.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in quality management, with experience in defining and implementing process performance indicators and ensuring effective internal controls are in place. A proven track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives and lean culture is essential. Additionally, the candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
The role requires a high level of autonomy and the ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively, with stakeholders at all levels. The successful candidate will be expected to provide regular updates on progress and impact of improvement initiatives and cost out results.
Requirements:
- Hold an Engineering degree.
- Lean 6Sigma, Green Belt or above (QLT.02.QCI).
- Quality core tools experience.
- ISO certification and Auditing.
- Demonstrates advanced English proficiency.
