The Challenge:

Our organization is seeking an experienced Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager to lead quality activities, address customer issues, and drive strategic improvements. The ideal candidate will align with global or hub quality strategies and adhere to relevant processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement short, medium, and long-term quality improvement initiatives across the entire value chain.
  • Manage global quality processes within designated areas of responsibility.
  • Lead quality-related certification activities, internal or external audits, and maintain required quality management systems.
  • Establish process performance indicators and ensure effective internal controls to verify process compliance with customer expectations.
  • Implement, deploy, and maintain a continuous improvement culture, defining a structure to generate, prioritize, and execute improvement ideas.
  • Deploy Lean principles, Six Sigma tools, and continuous improvement methodologies across departments.
  • Facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping, root cause analysis, and other problem-solving activities.
  • Track progress and impact of improvement initiatives and measure cost savings results.
  • Resolve high-profile nonconformities and manage customer interventions triggered by dissatisfaction.
  • Protect customer trust by effectively addressing quality issues and implementing corrective actions.
  • Advocate for customers by representing their voice in local quality strategies.
  • Represent the organization on quality matters and ensure customer satisfaction by evaluating risks, problems, and solutions from a quality perspective.
  • Lead the local Quality and CI function, including capability development, workforce management, footprint, and succession planning.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
