As a key member of our digital media team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that drives engagement and subscriber growth for Stan Sport.
About the Role
This is a fast-paced and exciting role that requires a strong passion for sport, particularly rugby, football, tennis, and motorsport. You will work closely with our marketing, sport, and creative teams to create compelling content that meets the needs of our audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with Stan Sport's brand guidelines and standards of quality.
- Produce high-quality video content for social media platforms, including mobile and vertical video, long-form packages, and compilations.
- Collaborate with the broader Stan Social, Marketing, Sport, and Creative teams to create engaging content that drives awareness and subscriber growth.
- Manage and schedule content across multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform content strategy and optimize performance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including talent, sponsors, and partners.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform functionality.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5+ years' experience in social media management or a related field.
- Demonstrated passion for sport, particularly rugby, football, tennis, and motorsport.
- Strong creative eye and ability to produce high-quality video content.
- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, or similar production tools.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and juggle multiple projects.
- Strong attention to detail and superior verbal and written communication skills.
