About the Role

We're seeking a talented Content Creator & Social Media Specialist to join our team at Campos Coffee. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for creating engaging and visually stunning content that drives measurable growth for our social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create shareable, visually striking content that embodies the Campos Coffee brand and connects with our audience.
  • Develop video, photo, and written content that showcases our coffee origins, brewing techniques, and the communities we serve.
  • Ensure a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all platforms.

Social Media Management:

  • Plan, create, and post content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other emerging platforms.
  • Build and maintain a content calendar that aligns with key campaigns and coffee culture moments.
  • Keep up with current trends and creatively adapt them to suit our brand's personality and tone.

Audience Engagement:

  • Actively engage with followers, fostering community and interaction.
  • Follow and support our café partners.
  • Analyse audience feedback and trends to optimise future content.
  • Use influencer marketing and partnerships to amplify the reach and engagement of campaigns.

Creative Collaboration:

  • Work closely with our marketing and coffee experts to highlight stories about our farmers, baristas, and unique coffee offerings.
  • Assist in creating marketing materials for social media, digital ads, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Support live event activations, such as new product launches and in-store promotions.

About You:

  • You have a passion for storytelling and can transform everyday moments into engaging narratives that captivate social audiences.
  • Experienced in creating and curating content that is culturally relevant and trend-driven, particularly on TikTok and Instagram.
  • Demonstrated experience managing social media platforms, with a strong understanding of how to grow and engage an audience.
