Social Media Content Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Social Content Creator/Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating engaging content across multiple platforms, including social media posts, EDMs, videos, and podcasts that showcase our unique collection of rugs.
Your primary focus will be on collaborating with our Art Director and Marketing team members to develop strategies and produce brand-aligned content. This will involve ideating, filming, editing, recording, and designing across various platforms and programs.
You will also be responsible for reviewing and editing visual content to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand objectives. Additionally, you will help manage and monitor Armadillo's social media accounts and assist with the creation of content schedules and calendars.
As a key member of our team, you will be expected to track content performance using analytics tools and report on engagement and its impact on business goals. You will also be responsible for pitching new, innovative, and on-trend ideas for content and campaigns.
About YouWe are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a content creator or graphic designer in an applicable industry. You must have experience managing social media accounts and creating, posting, and monitoring content.
You should be proficient in social media platforms and analytics tools, as well as experienced in using After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. You should also have a strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices to help drive engagement.
We are looking for a candidate who is able to work both independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail and organisational skills. You should also have experience in adhering to brand guidelines and a willingness to learn and support the Marketing team with an agile mindset.
