Job Description:

      We are seeking a talented Social Content Creator to join our team at Ogilvy Australia. As a key member of our Consumer PR and Influence team, you will be responsible for developing and producing engaging content that drives impact for our clients across social media platforms.

      In this role, you will work closely with our social strategists and specialists, publicists, and agency partners to ideate and produce planned and reactive content for client social platforms and earned media. Your passion for social media and understanding of trends, culture-first creativity, emerging platforms, and formats will be essential in creating impactful content and engaging narratives for our clients.

      As a Social Content Creator, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a brilliant company culture focused on team building, personal development, and fun. You will be part of a team that is responsible for championing and evolving our approach to social and ensuring our clients get the best outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, shoot, and edit video content for social media
  • Design engaging visual content using the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Mastery of native creator tools on major platforms including Instagram and TikTok
  • Ability to work quickly to capitalize on breaking news, memes, and trends
  • Deep understanding of social creativity and what works on different platforms
  • Strong communication skills - written and verbal
  • Self-starter who can lead and collaborate effectively
