About the Job

We are seeking a passionate Social Media Coordinator to assist us in growing our brand by planning, implementing, and managing our social media presence. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a pulse on all social media platforms and excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and edit content across multiple global social media platforms.
  • Develop briefs for content creation with creative and design teams.
  • Plan, create, and implement social media strategies across the brands.
  • Uphold community management best practices and engage with audiences across all brand channels.
  • Identify insights and social media trends of campaigns through data analytics.
  • Monitor, engage, and grow online communities through best-practice community management.
  • Monitor company brand consistency, customer engagement, and web traffic of social media campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor social media communities and social channels.
  • Manage projects adhering to the social media strategy and overall digital marketing strategy.
  • Uphold the company's brand voice and increase brand awareness through impactful storytelling.
  • Work with Director of Content/VP Marketing on KOL and Influencer Strategies to develop always-on creator content.

Requirements

  • Background in fitness and passion for functional fitness and Pilates.
  • 1-3 years of experience in social media management and community engagement.
  • Demonstrated track record of growing engaged audiences on organic social channels.
  • Ability to evaluate social media analytics and adapt strategies and tactics based on insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as some ability to create visuals, videos, etc.
  • Able to work individually or in a team environment.
  • Online marketing and/or copywriting experience a plus.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
