This is a full-time role responsible for managing properties daily, leasing, preparing storage shed leases/files, conducting private inspections with prospective tenants, liaising with rental providers, tenants, and tradespeople.

We are looking for someone with excellent telephone manner, proficiency in Microsoft Office, effective communication skills, flexibility to manage competing demands, attention to detail, high accuracy, strong organisational skills, written communication skills, stress management skills, time management skills, presentation and professionalism, ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, good knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act, commitment to excellent customer service, well-presented, confident, articulate, and customer-focused.
