Job Description

The Property Manager plays a vital role in providing exceptional property management services to clients. As the backbone of our operation, maintaining an efficient and responsive company profile is essential at all times.

This challenging position requires an individual who can manage multiple properties effectively while prioritizing tasks and dealing with competing demands.

We are seeking a skilled professional who can provide quality service to landlords, tenants, and tradespeople. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and possess a strong attention to detail.

This role involves day-to-day management of properties, including lease preparation, private inspections, and liaising with various stakeholders. The successful applicant will also be responsible for processing rental applications, preparing files, and conducting condition reports.

In addition to these tasks, the Property Manager will assist with commercial rent roll, manage work requests, and perform other duties as required.

The Property Manager must have a sound knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and be committed to providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements:
  1. Excellent telephone manner.
  2. Exceptional computer skills (Microsoft Office programs including proficiency in Excel, and PowerPoint) and accurate word processing.
  3. Ability to deal effectively with people at all levels.
  4. Flexibility – ability to manage effectively competing demands and prioritize tasks.
  5. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  6. Very effective organisational skills.
  7. Effective written communication skills.
  8. Stress management skills.
  9. Excellent time management skills.
  10. Exceptional communication skills.
  11. Admirable presentation.
  12. Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks appropriately.
