About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Specialist to join our team at Sharon Bennie Specialist Property Recruitment. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for developing and executing all marketing strategies across Brand, Agent, and Property.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute all marketing strategies to promote Agents and increase brand awareness in key postcodes.
  • Manage and track campaigns to ensure seamless property listings and premium sales results.
  • Book all artwork and publications to maintain a consistent brand image.
  • Create and format documents and presentations to communicate effectively with Agents and stakeholders.
  • Manage all digital marketing efforts, including social media, to engage with potential clients and promote the company profile.
  • Compile and distribute the e-newsletter to keep stakeholders informed about company news and updates.

Requirements

  • You will come with Marketing experience in Real Estate and a strong understanding of the North Shore market.
  • Familiarity with AgentBox is a plus, but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with the team and stakeholders.
  • Ideal candidate is local to the North Shore and has knowledge of the area.
