We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to provide expert legal advice and support on a range of property-related matters.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior lawyers and be supported by a team of professionals, while also gaining exposure to the wider business.
Your position will see you providing legal guidance on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, finance, construction and development projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Draft, review and negotiate property and commercial contracts and agreements.
- Conduct due diligence on property transactions to identify legal risks and provide recommendations.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting the property and construction industries.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks.
- Assist in the management and resolution of legal disputes and litigation related to property, construction and commercial issues.
The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years' post-admission experience in property law, ideally with some exposure to construction law.
