Property Lawyer Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a successful corporate in the property sector, expanding your expertise in commercial and property law.

The role requires working closely with the legal team and partnering with stakeholders across all business functions, supporting core teams and managing key relationships.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating general commercial and property agreements such as confidentiality agreements, consultancy agreements, minor works agreements and construction agreements.
  • Assisting with leasing matters, including negotiation and dispute resolution.
  • Managing tenant disputes and providing training to the business on property law best practices.
  • Supporting teams on property acquisition, disposal and capital investment opportunities.

About You:

We are seeking a proactive lawyer with experience in transactional commercial property law and a minimum of 4 years' PQE from a well-regarded law firm or similar in-house environment.

Prior experience in high-value property acquisitions, proficiency in managing leases ideally in the retail sector, and some knowledge of construction law are highly desirable.
