Key Responsibilities
  1. Help build a culture that is centred around people development and create excitement about inventory control and stock movement.
  2. Create team succession plans and deliver regular training to store teams to inspire them to continuously improve.
  3. Elevate your team through regular coaching and mentoring and empower them to be self-sufficient and achieve accuracy across store inventory levels.
  4. Collaborate with store leaders to understand customer needs for key store events and peak trade periods to achieve maximum revenue growth.
  5. Create an environment that enables team members to come as they are, because you know that diversity is the magic that makes good culture.
