**Eagers Automotive (AHG)** is looking for a highly motivated
**Stock Controller **with great attention to detail and amazing organisational skills to join our dynamic team at
**Easy Auto 123 Joondalup**

Reporting directly to the Dealer Principal, this role will be responsible for the stock ordering, processing paperwork and ensuring that vehicles are delivered on time to customers.

You will be responsible for managing the inward and outward flow of vehicles, and to maintain a stock control system that provides accurate and up-to-date information concerning current stock holdings and future vehicle orders.

Other duties may include new and used vehicle registrations/transfers and accurate reporting to internal departments and manufacturer by set deadlines.

**This includes**:

- Locating stock and transferring it in from other dealers (including organising transport).
- Book vehicles into "in-house" computer system via ERA
- Transfer vehicles to customers
- Liaise with Aftercare suppliers

**About you**:
You will ideally possess:

- Experience with ERA is not essential but desirable.
- Desire to deliver exceptional customer service
- Full Australian manual driver's license
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience within costing in dealerships but not essential
- Superb interpersonal skills.
