This role is perfect for someone who loves structure and precision but also thrives on the energy of the sales floor.

A little about the role:

You'll partner with the Store Manager to lead the team, while taking full ownership of back-of-house operations, stock movement, and daily replenishment—creating a boutique environment that is always ready to impress.

This role is Part Time 15 hours | Fixed term ASAP – 11th Jan

Key responsibilities:

  • Process high volume of stock and replenishment daily
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Backroom & stock management
  • Communicate effectively at all times
  • Support the team in customer interactions and styling moments
  • Have a willingness to grow and develop your skillset
  • Able to work in a repetitive & fast-paced role, with urgency.

A little about you:

  • Previous stock management/processing experience in high volume/fast fashion retail is ideal
  • Previous experience meeting store sales targets + KPI's
  • Self-motivated, positive and looking to achieve excellence always
