**Greenbushes Lithium Operation**

Residential Full Time Position

Talison Lithium aims to maximise local employment where possible by recruiting people who live in and around
our local communities of Greenbushes, Bridgetown, Donnybrook, Nannup, Boyup Brook and Manjimup.

**About the Role**

**Responsibilities include**:

- process stock item revisions, review required stock holding levels in line with agreed min / max

requirements and identification of obsolete stock holdings;

levels in conjunction with other departments;
- communicate with procurement team to ensure out-of-stock item occurrences are minimised;
- develop and maintain accurate written procedures for inventory control processes;
- manage and develop inventory control systems, including transfer of stock locations;
- ensure optimum stock locations for efficient put away and pick process;
- perform regular stock checks (per rolling stocktake schedule) and report any issues, including stock outs;
- ensure critical supply stock items are reviewed weekly or as necessary to ensure items are always available.
- sort and place items in locations according to predetermined sequence;
- nurture positive relationships with internal customers to provide excellent customer outcome;
- creating reports and analysing performance against key performance indicators;
- identification of obsolete stock and escalating for approval to remove;
- manage control measures to ensure mistakes, inaccuracies and discrepancies are highlighted addressed

and resolved;
- supply support for warehouse personnel during staff shortages due to annual leave, sick leave, additional

workload;
- coordinate Warehouse responsibilities regarding repairable items procedure;
- ongoing communication with appropriate departmental representatives.
- Certificate III in warehouse management desirable.
- experience of 3-5 years in a similar role;
- demonstrated experience in warehousing of stock items;
- proven ability to maintain warehouse stock inventory;
- intermediate experience with stores clerical systems;
- understanding storage of dangerous goods and hazardous chemicals;
- understanding of disposal of obsolete stock;
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills; and
- knowledge of inwards good receivable systems.
