Examination Supervisor Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Examination Supervisor to oversee exams at our institution. The ideal candidate will be available for the entire examination periods, have a valid Working With Children Check clearance for employment, and possess excellent management skills.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Managing students effectively
  • Organizing exam materials before and after each exam
  • FOLLOWING ADMINISTRATIVE AND SECURITY PROCEDURES

A current CV is required with applications closing on a specified date.

About the Role

This casual appointment will be allocated specific days throughout the year based on the exams being undertaken. The Examination Supervisor must not have a friend or close relative sitting exams at any school or be an employee of the institution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A valid Working With Children Check clearance for employment
  • Completed the online module Building Child Safe Communities
  • Comprehensive motor vehicle insurance policy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to manage students effectively
