This full-time position is ideal for an experienced sonographer seeking to expand their career or a clinical manager looking for a new challenge.
You will be based across our established clinics in Launceston, working closely with a leading breast radiologist and in partnership with our Regional Manager and North West Sonography Coordinator.
As a leader, you will build and manage a high-performing sonography team, delivering exceptional clinical care to the Launceston community and strengthening our position as a provider of choice in the region.
- Leadership Skills: Develop and apply effective management strategies to coach, lead, and motivate clinic staff, fostering a cohesive and motivated team.
- Clinical Excellence: Demonstrate proficiency in performing high-quality sonography examinations, adhering to industry standards or above, including mammography, Renal Artery, and CVI.
- Excellent Communication: Possess exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with radiologists, patients, staff, and other medical personnel verbally and in writing.
Providing patient-centric care, you will perform routine and specialized medical imaging procedures to the highest professional standards.
Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, you will support service excellence and collaboration.
