Complaints Oversight Specialist

The role of Complaints Oversight Specialist is a vital part of the Department of Health's commitment to managing and overseeing complaints in a fair, timely, and trauma-informed manner. This position requires strong leadership skills to manage and oversee complaints across the department.
Main Responsibilities:- To lead a small team to manage and oversee complaints, ensuring they are handled efficiently and effectively.

- To collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistency and accountability in complaint handling processes.
- A relevant academic qualification such as a degree or higher in a field related to complaints management or a similar field.
- Substantial experience in managing complaints functions within complex organizations.
This role requires an individual who can demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality service to all stakeholders involved in the complaint process.
