Key Responsibilities- Provide insights and advice on effective ICT architectures
- Guide ICT programs and projects to align with our digital strategy
- Provide subject matter expertise on complex infrastructure challenges
- Drive operational performance outcomes and innovation
- Oversight root cause analysis and problem rectification activities
- Foster a culture of high performance, collaboration and accountability
- Lead and motivate the Digital Operations team
This role requires exceptional skills in ICT architecture, programme management, and leadership. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive digital transformation and improve operational efficiency.
