Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated professional to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met, and provide effective leadership and direction to event team members.
Main Responsibilities:- Ensure seamless day-to-day operations and maintain customer satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to plan successful events.
- Liaise with clients regarding event details and deliverables.
- Maintain compliance with responsible liquor service policies at catered functions.
- Conduct pre-event briefings for team members to ensure they are fully informed and equipped.
- Foster positive employee relations and promote a safe working environment.
- Proven leadership experience in large-scale banquet or food and beverage settings.
- Experience in coordinating complex exhibition/tradeshow-style catering.
- Able to manage, motivate, lead, and direct a team of 100+ personnel.
- Possess a current RMLV Certificate and Approved Manager Licence (or ability to obtain quickly).
This role offers a unique opportunity for a dedicated and ambitious hospitality professional to specialise in events and lead large teams to success. The ideal candidate will be available to work a rotating roster, including days, nights, and weekends.
