Artificial Intelligence and Data Lead

A highly skilled professional is required to lead our AI and data strategy, delivering innovative solutions that drive business outcomes. As an Artificial Intelligence and Data Lead, you will be responsible for defining and communicating a multi-year strategy, governing delivery through outcome-based objectives, and overseeing data platform and MLOps standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Define and communicate a comprehensive AI and data strategy, aligned with business objectives.
  • Governance: Establish and enforce governance processes to ensure timely and effective delivery of AI-powered product capabilities.
  • Data Platform Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of data platforms, ensuring high-quality data and robust MLOps standards.
  • Responsible AI Practices: Institutionalise Responsible AI practices, ensuring risk assessment, explainability, bias monitoring, and human-in-the-loop oversight.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: 8+ years of experience in leadership roles, with a proven track record of delivering AI-powered solutions.
  • Technical Expertise: Executive-level command of modern data and AI architectures, with expertise in MLOps and data governance.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across technical and non-technical audiences.
