Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle contract progress claims and manage relationships with subcontractors.
  • Maintain oversight of cash flow for both head and subcontract agreements.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Contract Administrator or Senior Contract Administrator working for a principal contractor.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering contracts and managing finances in major building developments.
  • Proven ability to resolve complex contractual issues independently.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and thrive in collaborative team environments.
