We are seeking a Middle Office Product Specialist to collaborate with sales teams and develop subject matter expertise in middle office solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with sales teams to generate sales leads for middle office products.
  • Facilitate retention and expansion within assigned clients.
  • Track sales efforts and client intelligence in Salesforce.
  • Develop subject matter expertise in middle office solutions, including Portfolio Analysis, Performance, Reporting, Risk Models and Analytics Production solutions.
  • Increase client awareness about FactSet's middle office solutions.
  • Create tailored product demonstrations to highlight value add of analytics products.
  • Manage and run effective trials to ensure successful opportunity wins.
  • Organize and prioritize feedback for enhancements to Product Management.
  • Build expertise in FactSet's competitor landscape.
Required Skills:
  • 3+ years in client-facing role, preferably with prior experience in pre-sales or comparable role.
  • Strong technical skills and deep knowledge of Middle Office product, workflows, and challenges.
  • Ability to interact effectively with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Enthusiasm, desire, and strong sense of initiative.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in presenting to groups and senior client stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent Finance knowledge is necessary.
