As a Product Business Analyst at OTR, you will serve as the critical link between business goals and technical execution, ensuring seamless delivery of mobile app features that enhance customer engagement and revenue.

# job responsibilities": "Key Responsibilities

* Manage and prioritize the product backlog by reviewing and prioritizing new tasks, communicating priorities with developers, leading backlog grooming sessions, and providing regular updates to stakeholders on backlog progress and upcoming priorities.
* Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring blockers are resolved quickly, maintaining alignment between sprint goals and project timelines, and driving continuous team improvement.
* Investigate and troubleshoot app issues by responding to reported problems, collaborating with developers and QA, monitoring bug tracking systems, conducting root cause analyses, and providing metrics on issue resolution.
* Capture and document business requirements by engaging with stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals, regularly updating documentation, and presenting it for stakeholder review and approval.
