Product Implementation Analyst

Mercer is seeking a highly skilled Product Implementation Analyst to join their team in the Sydney office. As a Product Implementation Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the implementation of product changes and new product initiatives, working closely with senior product managers, project managers, and stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement process efficiencies, including automation, across the product suite.
- Fund monitoring, reporting to research houses and gatekeepers, and undertaking competitor analysis.
- Product team administration functions, managing lodgements of regulatory forms, including processing client rebates, maintaining product lists, and product structure charts.
- Contribute to product management initiatives, including tasks associated with the implementation of product changes to existing products and new product initiatives.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualified in a business-related field, including finance, accounting, business, management, legal, or marketing.
- Experience in the financial services industry, preferably with specific experience in an investment services or product function.
- Experience managing and manipulating data.
- Proven communication ability, with excellent verbal and written skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including data analysis.
