Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Senior Contact Centre Specialist. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in delivering high-level technical support for cloud-based contact centre solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide advanced technical assistance for cloud contact centre technologies
  • Maintain effective stakeholder engagement through clear and concise communication
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences consistently

The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of ITIL frameworks and processes, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in contact centre environments. Relevant certifications such as Avaya, Verint or NICE CXOne are highly desirable.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in contact centre settings
  • Possession of relevant certifications (Avaya, Verint or NICE CXOne)
  • In-depth knowledge of ITIL principles and practices
  • Demonstrated expertise in ITIL-based environments
