Highly Experienced Technical Support Specialist Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contact Center Specialist to join our operations team on a permanent basis. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing technical support for Cloud Contact Centre technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Minimum of 5 years contact centre experience with Avaya, Verint or NICE CXOne certifications highly preferred.
- In-depth familiarity with ITIL processes (especially Change Management, Incident Management and Problem Management) and extensive hands-on experience in ITIL environments.
- Hands-on troubleshooting experience on any Contact Centre solutions/applications.
- Experience in UC & CC design, implementation, and operation.
- Knowledge of major contact centre technologies including: NICE CXOne SBCs and SIP routing AWS and cloud technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to clearly understand detailed design documents for discussion.
- Proficiency in working independently, demonstrating strong organizational skills, and excelling in high-pressure environments.
