Join Our Expert Contact Centre Engineering Team

We are seeking a skilled Junior Engineer to join our consulting team. As a key member of the contact centre engineering team, you will be responsible for leading and executing projects related to contact centre technology.

  • Experience with NICE CXone Studio scripting is essential for this role. You should have a solid understanding of call routing, IVR design, and contact centre workflows.
  • Basic experience with APIs, JSON, or web services is necessary to effectively integrate with external systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment make you a great fit for this position.

In this role, you will work closely with senior engineers and business stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery. You will contribute to the design of customer communication journeys across voice and digital channels, document technical changes, flows, and integration points, and assist in testing, troubleshooting, and optimizing scripts and call flows.
