National Operations Manager Position Overview

This role offers a unique opportunity to support the growth of a dynamic organisation and take on a National Operations Manager position supporting national contracts based from Melbourne.

We are seeking an ambitious international firm eager to secure a strong Facilities Account Manager who is ready to step up into a National Operations Manager role supporting major contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing teams and Contract Managers who oversee the delivery of Integrated Facilities Services across a national client portfolio.
  • Engaging with direct and sub-contract staff, driving efficiencies, profit and loss as well as transitioning in/out of new and existing suppliers.
  • Dealing with a large number of stakeholders, responsible for the management, guidance and delivery of direct delivery and sub-contract services.
  • Ensuring best practice Facilities Management Solutions are implemented.
Requirements:
  • Commercially astute to manage budgets and commercial obligations under agreements.
  • Leadership, management and coordination of all aspects relating to direct and sub-contract Facilities Maintenance Services and subcontractors.
  • Deliver an Integrated Facilities Service Contract through direct and sub-contract staff.
  • Provide regular reporting for all stakeholders including service delivery, planning and scheduling, and KPI reporting.
  • Responsible for Sub-contractor SLA's and associated HSEQ policies, procedures and systems that support a safe and professional work ethic.
