We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR professional to join our team as a Parish HR Partner.

About the Role
  • Collaborate closely with regional bishops to guarantee that workplaces within parishes adhere to best practice.
  • Develop a deep understanding of ordained and lay workers in parish settings.
  • Provide strategic and operational HR support to leadership teams within parishes.
  • Drive initiatives aimed at fostering healthy workplace relationships within parishes.
About You
  • Possess tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Hold proven experience in generalist HR roles, preferably in not-for-profit or faith-based contexts.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of Australian employment law and HR best practices.
  • Exhibit the ability to influence others and build effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Display excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
