**Job Description:**

The Parish HR Partner role supports parishes in creating healthy, effective, and Christ-centred workplaces. This position involves working closely with regional bishops to ensure sound workplace practices are understood and followed.

Key responsibilities include developing a deep understanding of ordained and lay workers within the Sydney Anglican parish context, providing strategic and operational HR support to parish leadership teams, and driving strategic HR initiatives to foster healthy and strong workplace relationships in parishes.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field
  • Proven HR generalist experience, preferably in a not-for-profit or faith-based organisation
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and HR best practices
  • Experience in influencing stakeholders and building relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
