**Job Summary**
This role involves event sales, coordination, and collaboration with operational staff and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery.
Your responsibilities include:
- Sourcing client opportunities and achieving sales targets
- Maintaining consistent communication with clients to meet their expectations
- Developing strong relationships with suppliers and driving high performance standards
- Ensuring events are delivered on time and to a high standard
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a similar role with proven skills in event management (2+ years experience highly regarded)
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple events with tight deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent interpersonal skills with professional written and verbal communication
- Proficiency with budgets and experience meeting targets/KPIs
- Willingsness to work outside standard business hours as required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and previous experience using reservations systems
