**Job Overview**
This role requires a highly skilled and organized professional to provide high-level administrative support across the Academic Support Unit. The successful candidate will work closely with schools to ensure the smooth delivery of academic programs and initiatives.
The primary focus of this position is to coordinate Quality Teachers Practical Assessment (QTPA) and Masters Programs, supporting student progression and assisting with school events. Additionally, you will collaborate with staff and stakeholders to provide informed advice and guidance, drawing on your strong knowledge of the University's structure, programs, policies, and operations.
You will possess:
- Completion of a degree or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training;
- Extensive experience providing customer-focussed administrative support, including setup and management of complex scheduling scenarios, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures;
- Experience in organising and supporting events;
- Excellent computer literacy, including the ability to use databases, Microsoft 365 applications such as Share Point, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and the ability to learn new systems/packages/processes.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised and adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with confidence while working both independently and as part of a team. You will have strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills, remaining resilient in times of change and bringing a proactive, solutions-focused approach to supporting colleagues.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide high-level support and advice across a broad range of administrative activities in support of the schools that contribute to the academic endeavours;
- Coordinate Quality Teachers Practical Assessment (QTPA) and Masters Programs, supporting student progression;
- Assist with school events;
- Enhance processes using a continuous improvement and best practice ethos;
- Create an outstanding customer experience in line with the imperatives of the University strategic plan.
