Strategic Project Manager

Overview:
An exciting opportunity awaits at ASC Pty Ltd, Australia's submarine company. We are seeking skilled trades individuals to undertake long-term training in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, U.S.
Placements are due to commence soon and will be between 18 - 24 months in duration.
Job Description- Manage all aspects of the project, including planning, engineering, production, testing etc.
- Work with other team members to integrate project requirements, ensuring resources are available when needed.
- Determine the scope of work packages, evaluate shipyard capabilities, and recommend modifications if necessary.
- Monitor project budget, overtime expenditures, and key work progress.
- Conduct meetings to discuss project progress and issues, identifying problems and developing solutions.
- Able to obtain and maintain an NV1 defence clearance.
- Proven ability to plan, manage, and execute complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
- Experience leading multi-discipline teams in high-stakes environments.
Post-deployment return to Western Australia for planning, management, and maintenance activities on United States Navy Virginia Class Submarines.
Others- On-the-job training combined with instructor-led classroom training during deployment.
