Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Coordinator to lead our Infrastructure Project Delivery team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a big-picture thinker with strong leadership and management skills to drive project delivery within a highly skilled team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, be able to foster a positive culture, challenge the status quo, and manage day-to-day project delivery to achieve strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a project delivery team to achieve business goals
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Maintain high standards of quality and safety
  • Cultivate effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
  • Degree or diploma/trade qualification in a relevant field (Engineering, Project or Contract Management, Building/Construction)
  • Significant industry experience and proven leadership and management skills
  • Advanced computer literacy in applications such as Microsoft Office, project management, and record-keeping systems
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
