Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our organization. This is a critical role in delivering accurate, compliant, and timely payroll services.

This is a complex payroll position that requires expert interpretation skills. You will work across multiple Awards and Enterprise Agreements, ensuring employees are paid accurately.

Key responsibilities include end-to-end payroll processing, interpreting Awards and EBAs, managing payroll records, and handling tax and superannuation requirements.

Responsibilities
  • End-to-end payroll processing for a diverse workforce
  • Interpreting multiple Awards and EBAs
  • Managing payroll records, including novated leases and child support
  • Handling payroll tax, superannuation, QLeave, and WorkCover requirements
  • Responding to employee queries
  • Supporting management with month-end processes and reporting
Your Skills
  • Experience working with complex Awards/EBAs
  • A solid foundation in end-to-end payroll processing
  • Strong Excel skills and confidence across MS Office
  • Ideally, experience with UKG Ready (not essential)
  • Commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and customer service
