Payroll Specialist Role
Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate data entry and timely completion. Respond to employee enquiries, maintain audit records, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.

About This Opportunity
An exciting role for a skilled payroll professional to join our team. You will work closely with colleagues to support reporting and audit requirements, manage the payroll inbox, and contribute to process improvements.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
  • End-to-end payroll processing, including data entry and audits
  • Responding to employee payroll enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date audit records, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
  • Supporting reporting and audit requirements, working closely with colleagues
  • Managing the payroll inbox, allocating queries, and escalating issues as needed

You Will Need:
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar payroll role, with a strong understanding of payroll policies and legislation
  • Excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Able to work independently, with a high level of initiative and self-motivation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Experience with payroll systems, with a strong understanding of their functionality and capabilities
