We are seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to manage accurate and timely delivery of payroll across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring compliance and providing exceptional support.

Job Responsibilities
  • Process payroll from mid-month cycle to terminations with precision.
  • Manage employee records, including salary changes, allowances, and deductions with accuracy.
  • Administer payroll inbox queries and maintain database integrity.
  • Prepare financial reports and reconciliations as required.
Compliance and Reporting
  • Submit STP reports, EOFY reconciliations, and payroll tax lodgments in accordance with regulations.
  • Provide timely reporting on superannuation, novated leases, and FBT obligations.
  • Support Finance with accurate payroll data for informed decision-making.
About You
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in payroll management with strong systems knowledge.
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
