Trainer - Lifting Operations

A highly skilled trainer is required to deliver engaging and relevant training & assessment services in the field of lifting operations.
Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring content and delivery of accredited courses meet industry standards. This will involve developing and delivering training programs, assessing student competencies, and maintaining equipment and training venues to ensure they are safe and serviceable.
Travel may be required to deliver training off-site, and the successful candidate will be expected to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE)
- Possess a High-Risk Work Licence (HRWL)
- Demonstrated experience in lifting operations within the construction/civil, resources & infrastructure or training sectors
- Be accredited by WorkSafe as an Individual Assessor (or ability to gain accreditation, if applicable)
- Be eligible to obtain a Working with Children Check Card and a Police Check
