As an Escalations Team Member of our Internal Dispute Resolution (IDR) process, you will help solve complex issues for our customers. Our goal is to resolve their concerns and allow them to continue their daily activities without disruption. This requires working within the guardrails of our Afterpay Complaints Management framework.
This position involves:
- Solving complex customer issues
- Resolving disputes in a fair and timely manner
- Providing excellent customer service
