Job Description:

The Customer Resolution Specialist will be responsible for resolving customer disputes and concerns related to lending products. This includes managing the internal dispute resolution process and working closely with customers to understand their issues and find mutually beneficial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer complaints and hardship cases through the internal dispute resolution process
  • Work closely with customers to understand their issues and develop effective solutions
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including those related to consumer lending
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures related to customer resolution

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Full working rights in Australia or New Zealand
  • Requisite background checks
  • Formal qualifications in Lending & Credit Practices
  • Prior experience working in disputes & resolutions or compliance associated with consumer lending
  • Highly developed customer service skills and strong interpersonal attributes
